How do I pay?
We use “Pay with PayPal”. Place your order as normal, and no payment is taken on our website. Within a few hours, we’ll email you a PayPal invoice, which you can pay with your PayPal account or with a debit or credit card. You don’t need a PayPal account to pay by card where PayPal offers guest checkout. Your order ships once the invoice is paid. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 48 hours.
I didn’t get my PayPal invoice. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn’t there a few hours after ordering, email ahmed2640@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll resend it.
How long does shipping take?
US orders usually arrive within 5–12 business days, and orders to the UK, Canada and Australia within 7–17 business days, counted from payment. These are estimates. Some items ship from different warehouses and may arrive in separate parcels. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 have a flat $4.99 charge. This applies to the US, UK, Canada and Australia.
Will I pay import duties or taxes?
US customers shouldn’t expect any charges on delivery. Parcels to Canada and Australia may be shipped duties unpaid (DDU), so you may owe import duties or taxes when your parcel arrives. UK and Australian prices may be subject to local taxes (VAT/GST). See our Shipping Policy for details.
Is the nail clipper & grinder suitable for a nervous pet?
It’s designed to make home nail care easier. The LED lights help you see the quick, and the grinder smooths sharp edges, but every pet is different. Start with a few seconds at a time and plenty of treats, and stop if your pet seems uncomfortable. If your pet has dark nails or a nail condition, ask your vet or groomer for advice first.
Which paw cleaner cup size should I choose?
Choose Small for cats and small dogs, and Large for medium and larger dogs. If you’re unsure, choose Large.
What if I’m not happy with my order?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo within 7 days and we’ll replace it or refund you. Email ahmed2640@gmail.com before sending anything back. See our Refund Policy.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. Happy Paw Co is an online-only store based in Male, Maldives, and orders ship from our fulfilment partner’s warehouses.
