Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with Happy Paw Co. Please read them before ordering.

1. About us

This website is operated by Happy Paw Co, an online-only store based in Male, Republic of Maldives. We don’t have a physical shop. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Happy Paw Co. You can contact us at ahmed2640@gmail.com.

2. Using our store

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, and that the information you give us is accurate and complete. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products and prices

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Product images are for illustration, and colours may look slightly different on your screen. We try to keep all information accurate, but if we find an error in a price or description we may correct it. If that happens after you’ve ordered, we’ll let you choose whether to continue or cancel.

4. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. Your order confirmation email confirms that we received the order, not that we accepted it. The contract between us is formed when you pay the PayPal invoice and we start processing your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or an item being unavailable. If we cancel a paid order, we’ll refund you in full.

5. Payment

  • Our only payment method is “Pay with PayPal”. No payment is taken on our website at checkout.
  • After you place your order, we email you a PayPal invoice within a few hours to the email address you gave at checkout. You can pay it with your PayPal account or with a debit or credit card through PayPal, where PayPal supports card payment in your country.
  • Payments are processed securely by PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Your order is processed and shipped only after the invoice is paid in full.
  • Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 48 hours. If you need more time, email us before the 48 hours are up.
  • Your bank or card issuer may charge you currency conversion or international transaction fees. We don’t control these fees and can’t refund them.
  • Refunds are made through PayPal to the original payment method, as set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery estimates, rates, duties and taxes are explained in our Shipping Policy, and returns in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Using our products safely

Use all products as described and supervise your pet while grooming. If your pet has a medical, skin or nail condition, or is very anxious, ask a veterinarian or professional groomer for advice before grooming at home. Stop using a product if your pet shows signs of discomfort. Keep products and small parts away from children and pets when not in use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren’t responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, the Happy Paw Co name and logo, and graphics, belongs to Happy Paw Co or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

10. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
